✅Refresh your deck and patios. If you want to spend more time outside, May is the perfect time to spruce up your deck or patio! Power washing, adding a fresh coat of paint, and applying a sealant to your deck can keep your patio looking good and protect it from summer’s coming heat.  

✅Get your pool ready for summer. Skim and vacuum debris out of the pool. Have your water tested and treated. Brush the walls and floor, and change the filter.  

✅Maintain your driveway and sidewalks. First, check for cracks and tripping hazards like overgrown weeds. Then, make any needed repairs so you're ready to welcome friends.

✅Replace your air conditioning filter and schedule other HVAC maintenance. These are the days of opening up the windows to let fresh breezes in, But, as it gets hotter outside, you may find yourself cranking up the AC more often. Now is the best time of year to ensure your air conditioner is in working order and perform any necessary maintenance. 

✅Get ready to entertain! Clean the grill, hang the string lights, and pull out the pool toys, extra seating, tiki torches, cornhole, and outdoor speakers to welcome fun with friends and family.
