Here are some questions to consider when speaking with your lender:
✅ What types of loans do you offer?
✅ What is the interest rate?
✅ What are the terms of the loan?
✅ What’s the Annual Percentage Rate (APR)?
✅ What are the closing costs?
✅ Are there any prepayment penalties?
✅ What documents are required for approval?
