We went under contract in less than a week but the buyer decided not to move forward with the purchase. Less than a week later, we got a new contract and set up settlement for just 3 weeks later!
It was a rocky road but we did it!! Our first appraisal came in at $20k under contract price. I knew it had to be a mistake so we ordered a second appraisal and it came in at listing price just a couple days before closing! With the sudden confirmation to close, Michelle and I rolled up our sleeves to quickly get our client packed and moved out! Thank you so much to Karen E.
